Why Justin?

My story, my beliefs and my commitment

When you engage a property agent, the agent has a duty to act in your best interests. Even when you are well-researched, the agent does hold some power over the client in terms of knowledge.

Let us illustrate an example:
The air conditioner in your house broke down. You searched online and randomly picked a service provider. A repairman came to your house and after examining your air conditioner, he will offer you some solutions.

He may be honest and provide a fair recommendation or he may suggest excessive repairs in order to make more profits out of you. As the customer, you do not know any better because you are relying on the repairman’s expert opinion to make a decision.

One of the reasons I decided to embark on this particular career is to serve my clients with integrity and dedication, something which I unfortunately did not get to enjoy in my own property dealings years ago. I was ill-advised. I overpaid hundreds of thousands for property, I bought properties that did not appreciate for years and I sold properties that I shouldn’t have.

It happened to me, it need not happen to you. Because of my past experiences, I am absolutely determined to ensure my clients end up in a better state when working with me. My clients can rest assured that my advice can be trusted, that I will safeguard their interests, that I do not overcharge (or undercharge).

My clients will learn that I work professionally and am willing to negotiate a better deal for them at the expense of a lower commission. In cases of multiple selections, I will be there to provide comparative solutions, which by the way, is one of my core strengths.

Naturally, clients can depend on me to solve all their property-related issues. I work with many professionals in the property field and am more than happy to share my resources.
